Volkswagen Canada is a website providing information and services on Volkswagen cars to the Canadian market. The Volkswagen web site has a “Build and Price” tool allowing users to choose from different car features and the financing option.
I conducted a Heuristic Evaluation to evaluate the usability of the build and price functionality, and provided recommendations for future improvement.
